Our applicants do not pay fees for this service. We do bill our client companies. You pay us one hour at a time (billed weekly). If our referred placement does not work out then you’ve only lost a few hours of fee payment.   If you only need him for a temporary assignment then you really benefit. Our fee is prorated over months – you only pay for the portion that you use.

Employment agencies have been around for a long time – more than 100 years.  Typically the fee is 25% of the persons annual salary.  If the employee makes $40k, then the employer would cut a check for $10k to the referring agency.  Usually the agency will give the purchasing company a one-time replacement guarantee in the event that the referral does not work out.  Your company would have a lot at stake this way.

We absolutely do not charge 25% and we do not ask you to pay it all at once.
