Most interesting cover letter to date…
The following dialogue contains brief facts of employment undertaken by myself in young adult years. However, the details of these situations; running bare bones in rural country, set a story that should be documented in a novel. This would not be for my sake, but for the sake of all men and woman who endure such hardship for the beauty and rich freedom of country living in parallel with holding onto what they have sown. I will take credit for my life experience gained and the knowledge on action under adversities, bringing definition to the core of what human power can evoke. This being my attitude I wish to retire with all my digits, minimal joint replacements, and, a nest egg in which to sail upon. To be of a service to community to the best of my ability my desire is to attend college here in Buffalo. Where there is opportunity to grow and communicate in a metropolitan area that I can honestly say feels like home.
I honestly cannot say what the above actually means, but I suppose David wrote it to prove how unique an individual and artist he is. He loves working with his hands, but makes it clear that he does not want to do “commodity” construction. He really wanted the job we had offered for a Chimney Sweep, but the position was filled before he was able to interview.
He has a technical and artistic mind. His Portfolio includes some very complicated post and beam structures, church steeple restoration, and the like. I enjoyed meeting with him–so will your client.
