John has over 25 years of experience in construction, where he owned and operated a remodeling company in the Buffalo, NY area since 1989. Having trouble finding skilled people to work with, John formed a company that would help place individuals in the jobs that they were most suited for, and where they would be the happiest. In 1999 John formed Construction Personnel Group, Inc with the mission to place the right person for the right job.
