We met through a former coworker and I immediately enjoyed my conversation with Alex. He comes across as someone dedicated to working full time and to forming a full-time career in construction. His past work history speaks for itself of learning and going in the right direction in this trade. Great references and that smile just takes you away.
Not too long after we referred him to one of our client companies. After working with Alex for a while, he had this to say:
“Alex is one of my star workers, always helping out others. Caught on quick, good solid worker. If I could of kept him busy all summer, I would have had him stay on. He would be a guy that is welcomed back anytime.” — Jeff
With that being said, I knew I had to find Alex a permanent home to park his tools… so when our client called asking for a referral of a guy who is…. looking to make a career in construction, has basic knowledge, tools, good outlook and dedication with customer service… I thought of Alex right off and sent him on his way for the interview… he impressed them so much , that he was asked to start the next day… He was so prepared and ready that he is able to do this. Especially since his current position just came to an end.
Soon after Les emailed me this.

Just to let you know Alex is working out great so far, if you can find me one more Alex you would make me very happy. – Thanks, Les
He is still working despite the weather and they are looking to keep busy with inside work. He is learning so much and keeps telling me he is grateful for the opportunity, he is looking to stay.
We love it when Alex comes in for his check, he always brings his SMILE and good stories with him.
