We are Recruiters-With-Attitude. CPGworks is a professional based outfit in Buffalo. We provide personnel to the construction industry. Everything from the skilled trades, to the worker that tears off the roof or leaps three story scaffolding in a single-bound! Right! But seriously, we do a good job. We’re not a huge company, not yet, but we’re a good company and our goal is to be THE B-E-S-T construction staffing agency anywhere. We excel in talking to people. Construction companies come to us for people and we specialize in finding the people and talking to them to make sure that they ARE the fit. Conversely, when someone comes to us for work, whether a labor level or to be a Controller in a construction firm, we take the time to really find out what he or she is trying to accomplish in their lives. Our attitude is, well….., we really actually DO care. We don’t just say the words “we care” as a cute marketing pitch, we actually DO. So yeah, check us out. Watch our blog. Pretty soon, maybe later this week, we’ll be launching our EMPLOYEE OF THE WEEK. Some unsuspecting construction employee is going to find out that he or she has been chosen for exemplary performance at one of our client companies.
